摘要:
从能量变化的视角,研究频率安全紧急控制决策问题。基于系统整体频率特性与系统等值同步发电机转子动能的关系,将频率安全约束转化为对系统等值同步发电机转子动能的约束。基于系统等值同步发电机转子动能变化与不平衡功率累积能量的关联,分析频率安全控制机理。研究通过控制不平衡功率累积能量实现频率安全控制目标的控制决策方法,将以往通过控制不平衡功率,转化为暂态过程的能量控制,从而使控制决策更为灵活。通过实际电网数据仿真验证方法的正确性。

Abstract:
From the view of energy change, the decision method of frequency security emergency control is studied. Based on the relationship between the frequency change and the change of kinetic energy stored in the rotating masses of the synchronous motor, the frequency security constraint is changed into the constraint of the kinetic energy stored in the rotating masses of the synchronous. And then, based on the relationship between the variation of kinetic energy stored in the rotating masses of the synchronous motor and the energy accumulated by imbalance power of power system, the mechanism of frequency security emergency control is studied. The energy accumulated by imbalance power is controlled to achieve frequency security control objectives. Therefore, controlling imbalance power in the traditional method can be replaced by controlling energy during the dynamic frequency variation process. The flexibility of frequency security emergency control decision is dramatically increased. By simulation analysis of the real power system, the conclusion is evaluated.
