基于配电自动化主站的单相接地故障定位系统设计与应用

摘要:
为满足大量配电终端、故障指示器接入配电自动化主站,提出基于单相接地故障录波暂态量故障特征提取方法和融合故障录波故障特征量和故障事件信息的单相接地故障区段定位策略。设计基于配电自动化主站的单相接地故障在线定位系统。为满足工程应用,给出现场设备混装、通信延时、启动条件缺失条件下的解决方案以及融合单相接地、短路接地故障信息的统一处理策略。工程现场应用结果表明,基于配电自动化主站的单相接地故障定位系统能满足各种接线方式下、复杂环境的应用需要。

Abstract:
In order to meet the large number of distribution terminal and fault indicator connected into distribution automation master station, a transient fault feature extraction method based on single-phase grounding fault recording wave and localization strategy of single-phase grounding fault and fusioning fault record fault feature and fault event information are proposed. A on-line single-phase grounding fault location system based on distribution automation master station is designed. In order to meet the engineering application, the solution of equipment mixing on site, communication delay and start-up condition absence is given and the unified processing strategy of fusioning fault information for single-phase round and short-circuit is presented. The application results in engineering field show that the single-phase grounding location system can meet the application requirements of various wiring modes and complex environment.
