| 电网设备调度操作的准确性和快速性是保障电力系统可靠、安全、稳定运行的基础。作为电力系统的重要组成部分，开发一套调度一二次智能成票系统是促进安全调度的关键。在继电保护整定系统中，引入信息融合技术，融合因电网运行方式改变而变化的多源信息，准确判定需切换保护值的相关设备，明确提示本保护对下级线路的保护范围，以及投重合闸、备自投等信息。并以自动生成整定通知单的形式，为调度人员提供辅助工作，极大地提高工作效率，同时为调度及运维人员在事故处理中提供有效的技术支撑。 |

| The accuracy and rapidity of dispatching operation of power network equipment are the basis of ensuring reliable, safe and stable operation of power system. As an important part of the power system, the development of a set of scheduling primary and second intelligent ticket system is the key to promote the security dispatch. Based on the relay protection setting system, it introduces the information fusion technology, fusions the multi-source information which changes with power grid operation modes, accurately judges the related equipment that need to switch protection value, and clearly suggests the scope of protection on the lower line protection as well as the information of reclosing, backup automatic switch, etc. And it can supply auxiliary work for staff scheduling in the form of automatically generating setting notice, which greatly improves work efficiency, at the same time provides effective technical support for scheduling and operations staff in the accident.
