针对目前智能变电站配置描述文件存在的可读性差、缺乏规范有效的管控工具等现状,基于模块化的设计思想,利用QT 4.8.4软件开发,构建了一套可视化的、具有用户权限管理功能的智能变电站SCD文件管控系统。该系统具备SCD文件可视化、SCD文件管控和SCD文件对比三大模块。在SCD文件可视化模块,采用DOM树状结构对SCD文件进行解析,使SCD文件内容更具层次性。在SCD文件管控模块,可实现区域内多个智能变电站SCD文件的集中管理,具有SCD文件上传、存档、校验、可视化显示等一系列功能。在SCD文件比对模块,利用基于位置的文本文件比较算法快速获取SCD文件变化情况,从而明确由于SCD版本升级导致装置配置信息发生变化的情况及对比SCD文件。同时,开发SCD可视化手持设备,为维护人员随时随地查看变电站配置描述文件内容提供极大的便利。 |

Abstract: |
In view of the poor readability of Substation Configuration Description file (SCD) and the lack of standardized and effective control tools, this paper builds a set of visualized smart substation SCD file management and control system with user rights management function based on the modular design idea and by using the software of QT 4.8.4. The system has SCD file visualization, SCD file control and SCD file comparison features. In SCD file visualization module, the DOM tree structure is used to parse the SCD file to make the contents of the SCD file more hierarchical. In SCD file management and control module, it can realize the centralized management of SCD files of multiple smart substation in the area and has a series of functions such as uploading, archiving, verifying and visualizing SCD file. In SCD file comparison module, a location-based file text comparison algorithm is used to obtain the change of the SCD file, in order to clarify the situation that the device configuration information changes due to the SCD version upgrade and compare the SCD file. At the same time, it develops SCD visual handheld devices to facilitate debugging and operation and maintenance personnel to view SCD files anytime and anywhere.
