为了通过配电网重构提高供电可靠性,从网络保持连通性及抵御破坏能力的角度,引入网络抗毁度指标作为配电网重构的一个新目标函数。通过有权网络的边权值和节点位置重要度求解网络抗毁度,同时考虑风电出力的随机性和间歇性,对该指标进行修正。建立了兼顾抗毁度的含风电配电网多目标重构模型,并采用改进和声搜索算法来求解此模型。给出了多目标重构的帕累托最优解集,供决策者根据实际情况选择。通过对33节点系统的算例分析,验证了所提模型求解方法的有效性与合理性。 |

Abstract: |
In order to improve the reliability of power supply through distribution network reconfiguration, from the point of view of maintaining connectivity and resisting damage ability, network invulnerability index is introduced as a new objective function of the distribution network reconfiguration. The edge weight and node position importance of the weighted network are introduced to calculate the index of network invulnerability. At the same time, considering the randomness and intermittent of the output of the Wind Power Generations (WPG), the index is modified. A model for multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration with wind power generators considering the Degree of Network Invulnerability (DNI) is proposed, and the Improved Harmony Search Algorithm (IHSA) is applied to solve this model. The Pareto optimal solution set for multi-objective reconfiguration is given for the decision-makers to choose according to the actual situation. Case studies on 33-bus system validate the validity and rationality of the proposed method.
