新能源微电网作为一种综合能源系统,有利于解决能源短缺和环境污染的问题,具有十分广阔的应用前景。为了实现多主体利益的平衡,同时考虑源-网-荷-储的交互影响,建立了以运行成本和单位购电价格为目标的混合整数规划(MILP)模型。首先对微网中起到平衡作用的蓄电池主体模型进行适当简化,通过实验方法获得蓄电池寿命损耗费用。其次基于MILP模型分析了蓄电池与不同利用率的新能源对调度成本的影响。以第十届电工数模竞赛试题为例进行仿真分析,结果表明该模型能有效提高资源利用率并降低运行成本,实现综合效益的提升。 |

Microgird is now conductive to solve the problems of energy storage and environment pollution as a comprehensive energy system, which has a bright future for application. A Mixed Inter Programming (MILP) model is presented in this paper with the modeling purpose of operating cost and unit power purchase price, which considers the interaction among source-grid-load-storage and aims to keep the balance among multi-subject interests. Firstly, the main battery model is appropriately simplified for its important balancing role in microgrid, and the cost of battery lifetime loss is obtained through experiments. Next, the influence of battery on dispatching cost is analyzed based on MILP model compared with that of new energy of different utilization factors. The system benefits of proposed model are verified by analyzing the case in 10th EMCM, the simulation result demonstrates that the proposed model can improve utilization rate of resources, reduce operating cost and increase comprehensive benefits.
