摘要: |
针对矩阵变换器在实际运行中出现负载电机过载导致过电流的问题,提出了一种基于电流预测的过流保护策略。该策略利用变换器系统的离散时间模型来预测由矩阵变换器生成的所有27个可能的输出电压矢量的输出电流的未来值。然后通过将预测的输出电流未来值与保护阈值电流相比较,当预测电流值大于保护阈值电流时,系统会立即向控制器发送过电流报警信号来控制变换器开关器件的关断,进而保护功率开关器件与负载电机免受故障的损害。最后通过Matlab/Simulink仿真与实验,证实了这种过流保护策略的有效性。 |

Abstract: |
Considering the problem of overcurrent caused by load motor overload during actual operation of matrix converter, an overcurrent protection strategy based on current prediction is proposed in this paper. The strategy uses the discrete-time model of matrix converter system to predict future values of the output currents for all the 27 possible output voltage vectors generated by matrix converter. Then, comparing the predicted future output current with the protection threshold current, the system will immediately send an overcurrent alarm signal to the controller to control the switch off of matrix converter switch device when the predicted current value is greater than the protection threshold current. And it protects the power switch device and the load motor from the damage of the fault. Finally, the effectiveness of this overcurrent protection strategy is verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation and experiment.
