三相四开关变换器作为三相六开关变换器的容错结构,在离网模式下,直流侧电流经电容流入故障相,导致直流侧中点电压不均衡,进而降低了负载侧电能质量,影响电容器寿命。针对此问题,设计一种考虑中点电压平衡的模型预测电压控制策略。首先,对离网模式下的电压矢量进行分析,建立αβ两相静止坐标系下的电压预测模型。在此基础上设计中点电压平衡控制,通过低通滤波器提取直流侧电容中点电压偏差值中的直流分量,经预测模型计算得到电流补偿值。将其代入价值函数求解最优电压矢量,进行模型预测电压控制,实现三相四开关变换器离网模式操作。该控制策略无需锁相环和PWM调制,易于实现。通过仿真及实验,验证了所提出控制策略的有效性。 |

The three-phase four-switch converter is a fault-tolerant structure of a three-phase six-switch converter. In the island mode, the DC-link current flows into the fault phase through the capacitor, resulting in the separation capacitor voltage unbalance, which affects the power quality of the load side and reduces the service life of the capacitor. To solve this problem, a model predictive voltage control strategy considering neutral point voltage balance is proposed. First, the voltage vector is analyzed in the island mode, and voltage prediction model is established based on αβ two-phase stationary coordinate. On this basis, the neutral point voltage balance control is designed through extracting the DC component in the midpoint voltage deviation of the DC side capacitor. The current compensation value is calculated by the prediction model and then model predictive voltage control in the inland mode is realized. The proposed control strategy does not require phase-locked loop or PWM modulation. Simulation and experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
