摘要: |
针对智能变电站就地运维中缺少二次设备位置自动定位、设备压板无强制闭锁的现状,提出了基于设备自锁定技术的二次设备就地运维方法。该方案在监控主机上部署一套智能运维防误模块,通过一体化业务平台获取站内信息并结合规则库来实时计算站内所有操作对象的防误闭锁状态。通过智能变电站二次设备空间数据模型和电力专网的智能变电站二次设备物联网系统,完成就地运维操作的二次设备自定位与自识别功能。并完善二次设备与智能运维防误模块交互的防误机制,实现智能变电站二次设备定位及操作对象自动锁定,达到就地防误操作的双重确认机制。该方案在实际工程应用中取得了良好的效果,提高了运维安全性,解决了运维人员的困惑。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the situation that it lacks of secondary equipment automatic positioning in intelligent substation local operation and maintenance and the device strap has no forced lockout, a method of local operation and maintenance for secondary equipment based on equipment self-locking technology is proposed. The method deploys an intelligent anti-misoperation module on the monitoring server, the anti-misoperation and lockout status of all operating objects inside of the substation is calculated in real-time through the combination of the substation information obtained from integrated business platform and rule library. By using the construction of smart substation secondary equipment spatial data model and the smart substation secondary equipment internet of things system based on electric power network, the secondary equipment self-positioning and recognizing function of the local operation and maintenance is established. Meanwhile, the anti-misoperation mechanism of interaction between the secondary and intelligent operation and maintenance anti-misoperation module is improved to achieve the secondary equipment positioning and operating object automatic lockout of the smart substation and get the local anti-misoperation double confirm mechanism. The method has achieved great effects during the actual project application, improved the security of the operation and maintenance and solved the doubts of the operation and maintenance personnel.
