近年来,配电网规模不断扩大,随之增长的是因高压触电所引起的人身伤亡事故,每年因触电造成的人员重伤及死亡的数字非常惊人。对配电网中性点经小电阻接地方式的零序保护进行了理论和Matlab仿真软件计算分析,表明小电阻接地系统无法处理人身触电问题。针对该问题,提出一种中性点智能电阻接地方法。该方法根据中性点电压对故障进行分区,将故障分为高阻、中阻及低阻接地故障。对于人身触电高阻接地故障能快速切除故障线路,保证人身安全。在漯河10 kV真型试验场对该方法进行了试验验证。结果表明:配电网中性点智能电阻接地方法具有5 000 Ω高阻接地故障的识别和处理能力,可以保证人身安全。 |

In recent years, the scale of distribution network has been expanding, with the increase of casualties caused by high voltage electric shock. The number of serious casualties and deaths caused by electric shock every year is very alarming. In this paper, the zero sequence protection of the neutral point of the distribution network through the small resistance grounding mode is calculated and analyzed by the Matlab simulation software. The analysis shows that the small resistance grounding mode can not deal with the problem of personal electric shock. In order to solve this problem, a neutral point intelligent resistance grounding method is proposed. The method is divided into high resistance, medium resistance and low resistance grounding fault according to neutral point voltage. It can cut off the faulty line quickly and ensure personal safety for human body electric shock high resistance grounding fault. The method is verified by the 10 kV real test field in Luohe. The results show that the intelligent resistance grounding method of neutral point in distribution network has the ability to recognize and deal with 5 000 Ω high resistance ground faults, which can ensure the safety of the human body.
