互联电网发展迅速,逐步形成一个整体。如何在信息隔离的情况下准确评估互联电网下某区域电网可靠性,是互联电网安全运行面临的难题。针对这一问题,提出了基于PMU监测的互联电网区域电网运行可靠性评估方法。该方法利用边界PMU测量数据估计外网静态等值模型简化互联电网,采用互联电网异步迭代法更新外网静态模型等值参数,保证可靠性计算结果的准确性。基于IEEE-RTS-96节点系统的算例结果表明,所提方法能够在不依赖于互联电网各区域电网实际拓扑信息的情况下快速准确地计算互联电网子系统可靠性指标。 |

The interconnected power grid has developed rapidly and gradually formed a whole. How to accurately evaluate the reliability of a certain area of the grid under the interconnection of information in the case of information isolation is a difficult problem for the safe operation of the interconnected power grid. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a reliability assessment method for interconnected grid regional grid operation based on PMU monitoring. The method uses the boundary PMU measurement data to estimate the external network static equivalence model to simplify the interconnected power grid, and adopts the interconnected grid asynchronous iterative method to update the external network static model equivalent parameters to ensure the accuracy of the reliability calculation results. The results of the example based on the IEEE-RTS-96 node system show that the proposed method can quickly and accurately calculate the reliability index of the interconnected power subsystem without relying on the actual topology information of the interconnected power grids.
