摘要: |
月度检修计划编制是电力调度机构的重点工作内容,其合理与否直接影响电网的安全稳定运行。定义了检修计划“风险重叠度”的概念,并提出了风险重叠度的量化方法。采用数据库技术索引查询停电设备影响对象集合,考虑风险在各电压等级之间的传递,将某一对象的各路电源的“危险指数”、 “依存指数”作为依据,判定多项检修工作同时开展期间是否发生风险重叠。将风险重叠度最小纳入检修计划协同优化的目标函数中,结合损失电量最小、工作量均衡的目标以及各种约束条件,采用人工鱼群算法求解检修计划优化问题。算例结果表明,该方法能使检修计划的编制实现风险重叠度最小化,并实现多电压等级检修计划的协同优化。 |

Abstract: |
The monthly maintenance scheduling is an important work for power dispatching institution. Its scientificity and reasonability directly affect the security of the power system. This paper defines the conception of the risk overlap and proposes the quantification method of the degree of risk overlap. The database index technology is used to find the set of objects affected by failure equipment. The transfer of the risk among objects with different voltage grades is also taken into consideration. On the basis of the failure index and dependency index of the sources of the object, the risk overlap can be judged when two or several works are carried out at the same time. The minimization of risk overlap is included in the objective function. The minimization of loss of power and equilibrium of workload are regarded as constraint conditions. The artificial fish-swarm algorithm is applied to optimize the maintenance scheduling. Experimental results show that the method in this paper can minimize the degree of risk overlap of the maintenance scheduling and realize the collaborative optimization with multi-voltage grade.
