摘要: |
针对消纳风电过程中造成火电机组频繁调节而产生额外损耗的问题,引入碳捕集机组与梯级水电联合优化。以更加高效地利用清洁能源、确保传统机组运行平稳、减小系统综合运行成本为目标,对包含风电、梯级水电、传统机组以及碳捕集机组的风水火联合系统建立多目标优化调度模型。将多目标使用模糊隶属度函数的方法转变为单目标模型,并使用二次规划法进行求解。算例分析说明通过水电与碳捕集机组的调节,可在充分消纳风电的基础上减少传统机组的调节量,维持传统机组的运行稳定性,降低传统火电机组由于频繁调节而产生的损耗。 |

Abstract: |
In order to eliminate the problem of frequent loss of thermal power units during the process of wind power generation, the introduction of carbon capture units and cascade hydropower is optimized. For wind-hydro-thermal power system containing wind power, cascade hydropower, conventional thermal power units, and carbon capture units, the multi-objective optimal operation model is built aiming at more efficient use of clean energy, ensuring the smooth operation of the traditional unit and reducing the comprehensive operation cost of the system. By using the principle of maximum membership, the proposed model is turned into single object optimization problem and solved by quadratic programming. Results of case simulation show that the adjustment role of hydropower based on accommodating all of wind power can reduce the adjustment of the thermal power unit, keep the thermal power unit running smoothly, and reduce the extra loss caused by the frequent adjustment of the thermal power unit.
