随着我国电力行业的快速发展,为了满足供电可靠性与日俱增的需求,提高电网倒闸的操作效率,降低误操作带来的安全风险,提出了基于调控主站一体化平台的“一键”顺控操作(以下简称“顺控”)实现方案。首先介绍了该方案的框架,顺控流程。然后重点介绍闭锁信号的判断方法,主要包括闭锁信号的间隔划分、间隔内信号的划分、闭锁知识库和规则库的生成流程和推理机的处理逻辑。最后介绍了该方案在实际场景的应用效果。“一键”顺控操作功能可实现跨站线路的运行至冷备用互转、母线倒排等复杂操作的一键完成,整个操作过程无需额外的人工干预,大大缩短了因人工操作所造成的停电时间,提高供电可靠性。 |

With the rapid development of electric power industry in China, in order to meet the increasing demand of power supply reliability, improve the operation efficiency of power grid switching, and reduce the safety risk caused by misoperation, a scheme of "one key" operation based on the integrated platform of master control station is proposed (hereinafter referred to as "sequence control"). This paper first introduces the frame of the scheme, the sequence control flow, and then introduces the judgment method of the locking signal, mainly including the partition of the interlock signal, the division of the signal within the interval. The generating flow of lock knowledge base and rule base and the processing logic of inference machine are introduced. Finally, the application effect of this scheme in actual scene is introduced. The operation function of "one key" sequence control can realize the operation of cross-station lines to cold standby interrotation and the completion of complex operations such as bus inversion, etc. The whole operation process does not require additional manual intervention, which greatly reduces the time of power outage caused by manual operation and improves the reliability of power supply.
