以全电流为主要判断对象的传统无故障跳闸判据基于电流全量。当线路跳闸前的运行电流幅值与跳闸后的充电电流幅值相当时发生无故障跳闸,将不能可靠地识别出线路跳闸。提出安全稳定控制装置特高压交流线路无故障跳闸判据的改进方法,该判据以电流的有功分量作为主要判断对象,在线路跳闸后最大程度地滤除电流的无功分量。新判据在保持传统判据逻辑不变的基础上进行适应性升级,适用于跳闸前后全电流幅值变化不大的线路无故障跳闸的识别。理论分析及动模试验证明了判据的可靠性。 |

Abstract: |
The traditional method of identifying non-fault line tripping is based on full current. When the amplitude of running current before fault and the amplitude of reactive current after fault is close to being equal, the traditional method of identifying non-fault tripping cannot reliably recognize it. In this paper, a new method of non-fault UHV AC line trip criterion in security and stability control system is proposed, which identifies the non-fault tripping based on active current. It can filter the reactive components of the line’s current after the line trip. The new method is upgraded on the basis of the traditional criteria logic. When the non-fault tripping aforementioned occurs, the new method can recognize it reliably. The theoretical analysis and dynamic simulation validate the reliability of the new method.
