智能电网发展至今,各国根据本国能源特点建立了不同的智能电网技术标准,较好地发展了适合于本国的智能电网。近年来泛在电力物联网的建设逐步成为我国电网智能化发展的新战略,美国国家标准与技术研究院(National Institute of Standards and Technology, NIST)公布的互操作智能电网技术框架以及智能电网网络安全标准体系对我国泛在电力物联网建设具有一定借鉴意义。分别从技术框架构成、网络安全策略角度分析了美国NIST公布的互操作智能电网技术框架以及智能电网网络安全标准体系。通过研究美国NIST互操作性智能电网技术框架及网络安全标准,分析智能电网中互操作性的设计方案,并总结美国智能电网技术对我国新阶段泛在电力物联网建设的启示。 |

Abstract: |
Since the development of smart grids, countries have established different smart grid technical standards based on their own energy characteristics, and developed smart grids suitable for their own countries. The construction of Ubiquitous Power Internet of Thing (UPIoT) has become a new strategy for the development of smart grids in China. The NIST’s (National Institute of Standards and Technology) interoperable smart grid conceptual architecture model and smart grid cybersecurity standards have certain reference significance for the construction of UPIoT in China. This paper analyzes the NIST’s interoperable smart grid conceptual architecture model and smart grid cybersecurity standards from the perspective of technical architecture and cybersecurity strategy. By studying conceptual architecture model and cybersecurity standards of the NIST, it analyzes interoperability design of the smart grid and summarizes the inspiration of U.S. smart grid technology to China's new stage of UPIoT construction.
