检修条件有限的情况下,检修优先级决策是合理制定检修计划及最优化检修效果的基础。综合考虑检修经济性与运行可靠性,构建优先级决策指标集并提出各个指标的量化方法,以此对检修任务的检修成本及运行风险展开量化评估。在此基础上引入基于指标相关性等因素建立的指标权重确定模型,结合反映决策者模糊意见的犹豫模糊矩阵,解决权重确定的模糊性和实时性问题。最后,通过算例对比验证了所提方法的有效性,可为调度人员合理编排检修计划提供决策依据。 |

The maintenance priority decision is the basis of establishing the maintenance plan and optimizing the effect of maintenance under the condition where the maintenance condition is limited. Based on the comprehensive consideration of economy of maintenance and reliability of operation, the priority decision index set is constructed. The quantitative methods of each indicator are proposed to quantitatively evaluate the maintenance cost and operational risk of maintenance task. On this basis, an index weight determination model based on the correlation between indicators is introduced. Combining index weight determination model with the hesitant fuzzy matrix reflecting the fuzzy opinions of decision makers, it can solve the fuzziness and real-time problem of determination for index weight. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a comparison of examples. This method can provide decision-making basis for scheduling personnel to reasonably arrange the maintenance plan.
