单相储能型准Z源逆变器(ES-qZSI)不仅能够在单级系统中同时实现升压和逆变的功能,而且能够平抑光伏输入功率的波动,但其直流侧存在二倍频纹波,这极大地影响了其性能。为了将二倍频纹波限制在允许的范围内,需要对系统参数进行优化。首先,基于状态空间平均法求二阶导数建立了含储能支路的单相ES-qZSI的二倍频分量模型。然后,依据建立的模型分析了各系统参数值对二倍频纹波的影响。最后,提出了抑制二倍频纹波的系统参数设计方法。仿真和实验结果证实了模型的准确性和系统参数设计方法的有效性。 |

Abstract: |
A single-phase energy-stored quasi-Z-source inverter (ES-qZSI) can not only realize the function of boosting and inversion in a single stage, but can also smooth the fluctuation of photovoltaic power. However, it has second harmonic ripples on the DC side, which greatly affects performance. In order to limit the second harmonic ripples to an allowable range, system parameters need to be optimized. First, based on the state-space average model and the second order derivative, a detailed second harmonic component model is established for a single-phase qZSI with energy storage branch. Then, based on the built model, the influence of system parameters on the second harmonic ripple is analyzed. Finally, a system parameter design method used for second harmonic ripple suppression is proposed. The accuracy of the built model and the efficiency of the system parameter design method are verified by simulation and experiment.
