输配电网间的交互愈加紧密,因此在规划中考虑两者间的协调关系是十分必要的。对此,提出了一种基于交替方向乘子法(Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers, ADMM)及最优潮流(OPF)的输配电网协调规划方法。该方法首先通过计及网络最优潮流,以输配电网连结处的传输功率作为耦合变量建立输配电网协调规划模型,并将耦合变量作为共享变量,利用ADMM算法求解模型得到电网规划初步方案。然后提出划分子算法对配电网侧规划初步方案中的各变电站所带供电网络进行独立划分得到配电网侧规划最终方案,据此优化输电网侧规划初步方案。最后将两侧电网规划最终方案加以整合。通过对IEEE-14节点输电网与54节点配电网的耦合系统进行仿真分析,并对比不考虑输配电网协调关系时的电网规划方案,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。 |

Abstract: |
The interaction between transmission and distribution networks is increasingly important, so it is necessary to consider the coordination between them in planning. In this paper, a coordinated planning method of a transmission and distribution network based on an Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) and optimal power flow (OPF) is proposed. In this method, the OPF of the network is taken into account, the transmission power at the connection of the transmission and distribution network is taken as the coupling variable to establish the coordination planning model, and the coupling variable is taken as the shared variable. Then, a sub-algorithm is proposed to independently divide the power supply network of each substation in the preliminary scheme of the distribution network side planning and obtain the final scheme, so as to optimize the preliminary scheme. Finally, the final planning scheme of the two sides is integrated. Through the simulation analysis of the coupling system between the IEEE-14 bus system and the 54-node distribution network, and the comparison of the network planning scheme without considering the coordination of transmission and distribution network, the rationality and effectiveness of the method in this paper are verified.
