IEC 61000-4-34/GB/T 17626.34对电压跌落发生器的峰值冲击电流能力作出了明确要求,只有峰值冲击电流能力达到要求,才能保障发生器对被测产品电压跌落测试结果的正确性。为了达成标准对峰值冲击电流能力的要求,通过分析发生器的工作机理,得出了影响峰值冲击电流能力的几个主要因素。按照分析结果制作了100 A三相大功率电压跌落发生器。电路仿真和实测结果表明,严格控制好几个主要影响因素后,能完全达成标准中对峰值冲击电流能力的要求。 |

Abstract: |
The standards IEC 61000-4-34 and GB/T 17626.34 have clear requirements for the peak impulse current capability of a voltage drop generator. Only when the peak impulse current capacity meets the requirements, can it be ensured that the generator output signal is correct. In order to meet these standards, several main factors affecting the peak impulse current capability are obtained by analyzing the working mechanism of the generator. From the results of the analysis, a 100 A three-phase high power voltage drop generator is made. The results of circuit simulation and measurement show that the peak impulse current capability of the standard can be fully achieved after several main factors are strictly controlled.
