摘要: |
针对含分布式发电并网的主动配电网故障恢复问题,考虑系统节点电价机制提出基于两阶段优化的主动配电网故障恢复方法。该方法第一阶段优化以开关状态集为控制变量,以失电负荷价值最小为目标函数,计及功率平衡约束,网络拓扑辐射状约束等必要约束条件。第二阶段优化首先建立配电网节点电价制定机制以及负荷响应模型,以决定系统节点电价方案的支路容量约束拉格朗日乘子为控制变量,以支路容量越限量最小为目标函数,计及节点电价机制约束等约束条件建立模型。最后通过一个仿真算例表明,考虑节点电价机制的主动配电网故障恢复方案相比于不考虑的情形下故障恢复指标更优,说明所建立的模型能够降低失电负荷量,提升系统在故障恢复期间运行的可靠性。 |

Abstract: |
Given the problem of active distribution network fault recovery with distributed energy connected, a fault recovery method for an active distribution network based on two-stage optimization is proposed considering the node price mechanism. In the first stage of the proposed method, the switch state set is taken as the control variable, the minimum loss load value is regarded as the objective function, and the necessary constraints such as power balance and network topology radial constraints are taken into account. In the second stage, the mechanism of node price formulation and the negative load response model are established first, taking the Lagrange multipliers of branch capacity constraints which determine the node price plan as the control variables and the minimum over limit of branch capacity as the objective function. The model is established considering the constraints of the node pricing mechanism. Finally, a simulation example shows that the index of an active distribution network fault recovery scheme with the node price mechanism is better than that without consideration. This shows that the model can reduce load loss and improve the reliability of the system during the fault recovery period.
