城市配电网发展形态指标体系及其评估方法研究

摘要:
针对城市配电网发展形态属性、特征的难定量化,分析了城市配电网的物质形式、系统性特征、时间结构、空间结构四大形态属性,建立了可表征形态内涵的城市配电网发展形态评估体系并划分了等级类型。针对其形态指标分值主观性强的缺点,采用了抛物线有序加权算子对定性指标初值进行预处理,并对该算子中的P值进行了求取算法研究。为了获取更加科学的形态指标权重,采用了改进层次属性模型(Attribute Hierarchy Model, AHM)及标准间冲突性相关性法(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation, CRITIC)进行主客观赋权,最后通过改进云物元算法计算指标等级隶属度,进而得到城市配网发展形态等级。以四个不同区域城市配网为例验证了上述评估理论的可行性。

Abstract:
It is hard to quantify the attributes and characteristics of the development of urban distribution network. Therefore this paper provides a comparative analysis of the four morphological attributes of the urban distribution network—the physical form, systemic characteristics, time structure and spatial structure. It establishes an evaluation system for an urban distribution network development that enables the characterization of morphological connotation with classified types. The P-OWA is used to preprocess the initial value of the qualitative index because of the strong subjectivity of evaluation methods. In addition, the arithmetic of obtaining a P value is studied. To obtain a more scientific weight of morphological indicators, the Attribute Hierarchical Model (AHM) and the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) are used to compose subjective and objective weight. Finally, the degree of membership of an index is calculated by the modified cloud matter-element algorithm and then the level of urban distribution network development is obtained. This paper takes four regional urban distribution networks as examples to verify the feasibility of the assessment theory.
