E类逆变器作为一种高频逆变电路,具有拓扑结构简单,逆变效率高等优点。但是由于其对负载敏感,易因负载变化而工作于硬开关状态,造成系统效率下降。针对这一特点,提出一种带并联振荡支路的改进型E类逆变器。在负载阻值小于额定值导致开关管硬开通时,通过并联反向导通的振荡支路对电容电流进行引流并发生振荡,从而实现在非最优负载条件下的零电压开通及零电压导数开通。最后在理论的基础上进行实验仿真,搭建了一台开关频率为50 kHz的实验样机,在非最优负载条件下逆变效率为97.39%。结果验证了改进型E类逆变器理论的正确性。 |

Abstract: |
As a high-frequency inverter circuit, the class-E inverter has the advantages of simple topology and high inverter efficiency. However, because of its sensitivity to the load, it is easy for it to work in the hard switching state because of a load change, which causes system efficiency to be reduced. In view of this characteristic, an improved class-E inverter with a parallel oscillating branch is proposed. When the voltage across the switch tube is negative, the capacitor current is drained and oscillated through the shunt branch connected in parallel to the reverse conduction, thereby achieving zero-voltage switching and zero-derivative switching under non-optimal load conditions. Finally, based on the theory, an experimental simulation is carried out, and an experimental prototype with a switching frequency of 50 kHz is built. The efficiency of the inverter is 97.39% under non-optimal load conditions. The results verify the correctness of the improved class E inverter theory.
