电网评价方法一直是电力行业研究的热点问题,科学、合理的电网评价方法对电网未来的规划和改造起着重要的指导作用。构建了一种基于激励惩罚机制和变权法的配电网每日运行效能评价模型。首先,提出了一套配电网运行效能评价指标体系。其次,运用激励惩罚评价模型和变权理论对配电网进行单一时间断面上的评价。然后对一天内配电网的运行效能进行综合评价。最后,通过算例和对比分析,验证该评价模型的合理性。算例分析结果表明,所提出的方法能够提高运行效能评价系统的区分度和灵敏度,提升评价方法的反应能力。 |

The evaluation method of a power network is always a hot topic in the power industry. Scientific and reasonable evaluation methods of power grids play an important guiding role in the planning for and reconstruction of a power grid. An evaluation model based on an incentive-punishment mechanism and a variable weight method for the daily operational efficiency of a distribution network is constructed. First, this paper presents an evaluation index system for operational efficiency of a distribution network. Secondly, an incentive-penalty evaluation model and a variable weight theory are used to evaluate the distribution network over a single time section. Then, the operational efficiency of the network over one day is evaluated comprehensively. Finally, the rationality of the evaluation model is verified by an example and a comparative analysis. The result shows that the method proposed can improve the discrimination and sensitivity of the operational efficiency evaluation system and promote the response ability of the evaluation method.
