摘要: |
为了促进间歇式能源的消纳,针对主动配电网调度,提出计及可控负荷动态调节的优化调度策略。通过动态调节可控负荷的接入点,以主动配电网的运行成本最小为目标函数,建立计及可控负荷动态调节的优化调度模型。采用动态群搜索优化算法对模型进行求解,并引入间歇式能源消纳率作为评估消纳性的依据。基于改进的IEEE33节点系统进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,计及可控负荷动态调节的优化调度策略是可行的,该策略能够有效提高主动配电网对间歇式能源的消纳能力。 |

Abstract: |
In order to promote the absorption of intermittent energy, an optimal dispatching strategy with dynamic adjustment of controllable load is proposed for active distribution network dispatching. By dynamically adjusting the access point of the controllable load and taking the minimum operating cost of active distribution network as the objective function, an optimal scheduling model is established. This takes the dynamic regulation of the controllable load into account. A dynamic group search optimization algorithm is used to solve the model, and intermittent energy absorption rate is introduced as the basis to evaluate the absorption. Based on the improved IEEE33 node system, the simulation results show that the optimal scheduling strategy with dynamic adjustment of controllable load is feasible, and the strategy can effectively improve the absorption capacity of an active distribution network to intermittent energy.
