为满足电动汽车多样化充电需求,设计了一种基于综合能源优化调配的充电站运营管理系统。该系统采用ActiveMQ消息总线实现站与站的互联互通,同时结合多种支付方法和WEB技术提高了系统的运维管理能力。在原有刷卡充电和扫码充电的基础上,基于车辆VIN识别技术增加了即插即充功能,丰富了充电方式。系统扩展了对光伏发电系统和储能系统的接入管理功能,实现了充光储一体化电站的能量统一调配,最大化消纳光伏发电来降低电动汽车充电成本。通过工程应用,验证了本系统不仅可以满足专用车辆的跨站充电,实现对社会车辆开放充电运营,而且可以帮助上级平台对设备进行分级管理。 |

Abstract: |
This paper designs a charging station operation management system based on integrated energy optimization in order to meet the diversified charging needs of electric vehicles. This system adopts an ActiveMQ message bus to realize interconnection between stations. At the same time, it combines multiple payment methods and WEB technology to improve system operation and maintenance management capabilities. On the basis of the original credit card charging and scanning code charging, using vehicle VIN identification technology, the plug and charge function is added to enrich the charging method. The system expands the access management function of the photovoltaic power generation system and energy storage system, achieves unified energy allocation of integrated power storage and storage power station, and maximizes the consumption of photovoltaic power generation to reduce the charging cost of electric vehicles. It has been verified through engineering applications that the system can not only meet the cross-station charging of special vehicles and realize the charging operation of social vehicles, but also help the higher-level operating platform to manage the equipment in layers and hierarchies.
