安全约束经济调度在省级电网调度控制中应用较为成熟。为实现大范围内资源优化配置,有必要研究互联电网安全约束经济调度技术。针对在实际生产运行中遇到的困难,提炼了优化目标设计、系统平衡、联络线调整、基础数据整合五个关键问题,并对每个问题给出多种解决策略。建立了基于策略组合的互联电网安全约束经济调度场景构建方法,分析了不同场景的适应性及对应模型特点。最后通过实际电网算例验证了策略组合的合理性和准确性。以实际需求为导向,构建不同的应用场景和经济调度模型,能提升互联电网安全约束经济调度技术的实用性和适应性。 |

Security constrained economic dispatch is relatively mature in dispatch and control for the provincial power grid. In order to achieve large-scale optimal allocation of resources, it is necessary to study security-constrained economic dispatch technology for the interconnected power grid. In view of the difficulties encountered in actual production and operation, five key problems of optimization target design, system balance, tie-line adjustment, and basic data integration are refined, and various solution strategies are given for each problem. The scenario construction method of security-constrained economic dispatch for an interconnected power grid based on strategy combination is established, and the adaptability to different scenarios and the characteristics of corresponding models are analyzed. Finally, the rationality and accuracy of the strategy combination are verified through practical grid calculation examples. Guided by actual needs, constructing different application scenarios and economic dispatch models can improve the practicality and adaptability of security-constrained economic dispatch technology for the interconnected power grid.
