目前国内现有的故障信息管理主站或二次设备在线监视与分析应用系统,都只是具备交流二次设备(保护和录波装置)的运行情况监视和分析,还不具备对高压直流的二次设备监视和故障诊断分析的能力。为此,设计和研发了一套高压直流二次设备监视与故障诊断主站系统,详细介绍了该系统的软硬件结构、直流二次设备建模以及各主要功能模块的实现方案。经现场运行情况表明,该主站系统可以在直流输电系统运行过程中发生故障和不正常运行情况下,快速准确获知直流保护动作情况和直流故障情况,并及时把相关故障信息推送给上级调度中心。 |

Abstract: |
At present, the existing fault information management master station or secondary equipment for on-line monitoring and analysis in China only has the ability to monitor and analyze the operation of AC secondary equipment (protection and wave recording device). It does not have the ability to monitor and diagnose the secondary equipment of HVDC. Therefore, a set of monitoring and fault diagnosis master station systems for HVDC secondary equipment is designed and developed. The software and hardware structure of the system, modeling of HVDC secondary equipment and implementation scheme of the main function modules are introduced in detail. Field operation shows that the master station system can quickly and accurately determine the DC protection action and DC fault in the case of faults and abnormal operation in the operation of a DC transmission system, and timely push the relevant fault information to the superior dispatching center.
