安全稳定控制系统、广域保护等区域电网保护控制系统是保障电网稳定运行的重要手段。由于传统测试方法难以于装设现场实现广域型保护控制设备动态性能测试,因此,提出了基于实时仿真的分布式协同测试方法。通过融合全数字实时仿真装置(ADPSS)、电力调度数据网、基于GPS/BDS的卫星对时系统以及规约转换等多种技术,研究分布式协同测试主站、数据接口装置以及测试终端等关键部件,深入分析了协同测试的工程应用流程。以新疆某地区电网外送功率断面安全稳定控制系统为例,完成现场远程联调测试,验证异地多台保护控制装置运行的动态性能。 |

Secure and stable control systems, wide-area protection and other regional power grid protection control systems are important means for ensuring the stable operation of a power grid. It is difficult for conventional test methods to complete a dynamic performance test of wide area protection control equipment at an installation site. Hence, a novel distributed collaborative test method based on real-time simulation is proposed. We integrate an Advanced Digital Power System Simulator (ADPSS), a power dispatching data network, a satellite time synchronization system based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) or the Beidou Navigation Satellite System (BDS), protocol conversion and other technologies. Then the distributed collaborative test master station, the data interface components, the test terminals and other key components are developed. The engineering application process of the proposed collaborative test is analyzed. Based on the security and stability control system of the power transmission section of the power grid in a certain area of Xinjiang, the on-site remote joint debugging test is completed, and the dynamic performance of remote multiple protection and control devices is verified.
