大规模风电的接入给系统优化调度带来了严峻的挑战。传统含风电电力系统调度方法高度依赖于精确的风电概率分布或高精度的风电预测区间的建立,在处理风电不确定性超出预计值时可能存在校正调度、弃风的问题。为促进风电的消纳,引入安全域理论的概念,分析安全域、静态安全距离与风电出力不确定性间的关系。在此基础上,提出了添加系统静态安全距离为约束的电网安全优化调度模型。IEEE39节点系统算例的仿真结果表明,所提模型面对当前风电预测精度较低的实际情况,具有一定的鲁棒性和较强的可操作性。 |

Abstract: |
Large-scale wind power poses serious challenges to optimal system dispatching. The traditional optimal dispatching models for a wind farm integrated grid are highly dependent on an accurate wind power probability distribution or a high-precision ranging of wind power fluctuation. This may cause calibration problems and wind curtailment when the uncertainty of wind power exceeds the expected value. In order to cope with the problem of accommodation of wind power, a theory of security region is introduced to analyze the relationship among the security region, steady-state security distance and the uncertainty of wind power. An optimal dispatching model for a wind farm integrated grid considering steady-state security distance is proposed. The simulation results of the IEEE39-bus system show that this proposed model has a more robust and stronger operability in the face of low-precision wind power prediction. |
