摘要: |
储能设备能够提高清洁能源利用率、减少系统运行成本,但传统储能由于价格昂贵限制了其本身的发展。为了充分发挥储能在综合能源系统中的优势,将需求响应、热惯性、电储和热储整合为广义储能(Generalized Energy Storage, GES)资源进行统一协调调度。另外,由于风电具有很强的不确定性,通过k-means方法聚类得到风电的典型出力场景。在充分考虑各种设备运行约束的基础上,采用条件风险价值(Conditional Value at Risk, CVaR)量化风电不确定性带来的收益风险,构建了计及CVaR的综合能源系统经济调度模型。最后,在Matlab环境下调用Cplex求解器验证了所提模型的有效性。 |

Abstract: |
Energy storage equipment can improve the utilization rate of clean energy and reduce the operational cost of the system. However, the development of traditional energy storage is limited because of its high cost. In order to give full play to the advantages of energy storage in an integrated energy system (IES), the demand response, thermal inertia, electric energy storage and thermal energy storage are integrated into the generalized energy storage (GES) resources for unified coordination dispatch. In addition, because of the large uncertainty of wind power, typical wind power scenarios are generated by the k-means method. Then, on the basis of fully considering the operational constraints of a variety of equipment, the conditional value at risk (CVaR) method is used to quantify the income risk caused by uncertainties, and the IES dispatch model considering CVaR is constructed. Finally, the Cplex solver is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model in the Matlab environment.This work is supported by the Science and Technology Project of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited (No. GDKJXM20190140). |
