风电场基于下垂控制参与系统一次调频时,参数整定不当可能引发机组转速保护动作进而带来频率二次跌落问题。为此,提出了一种避免频率二次跌落的风电场一次调频功率分配方法。首先结合下垂控制的响应过程分析了转速保护动作带来频率二次跌落问题的物理机理,然后基于转速及功率约束条件提出了风电机组调频功率评估方法,进而得到风电场的调频功率评估方法和风电场一次调频功率分配方法。基于Matlab/Simulink搭建了含有风电场的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,所提方法可充分发挥风电机组的调频能力,并避免频率二次跌落问题。 |

Improper parameter setting may initiate a wind turbine speed protection action and then lead to a problem of secondary frequency drop, when a wind farm participates in primary frequency regulation based on droop control. Therefore, a method of primary frequency regulation power distribution in a wind farm to avoid secondary frequency drop is proposed. First, the physical mechanism of secondary frequency drop caused by the speed protection action is analyzed based on the response process of droop control. Then an evaluation method of wind turbine frequency regulation power is proposed considering the wind turbine speed and power limits. Then the evaluation method of wind farm frequency regulation power and the method of primary frequency regulation power distribution in a wind farm are obtained. A simulation model including a wind farm is established in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the proposed method could give full play to the frequency regulation capability of wind turbines and avoid the problem of secondary frequency drop. |
