摘要: |
针对电网设备带电检测和停电试验数据缺乏统一的规范、录入效率低且数据可靠性差的问题,搭建了基于数模规范化的电网设备试验数据自动采集校验系统。首先,提出了电网设备试验数据和接口通信的规范化模型,包括规约自动识别模块、数据校验模块和规约调度模块。并设计了现场数据自动采集和分析流程,实现仪器仪表与数据采集终端的数据交换。然后,考虑电网设备检测试验现场图像特点,利用基于内容分析的视频高倍率压缩编码技术,适应成像环境差异,实现高质量成像。给出了数据采集系统的硬件配置和功能实现。最后,通过平台可视化应用,证明了所提设计系统的可行性。 |

Abstract: |
There are problems of the lack of unified specifications for the live detection and power outage test data of power grid equipment, low input efficiency and poor data reliability. Thus a system for automatic collection and verification of power grid equipment test data based on digital-analog normalization is built in this paper. First, a standardized model of power grid equipment test data and interface communication is proposed, including protocol automatic identification, data verification and protocol dispatch modules. The process of automatic collection and analysis of field data is designed to realize data exchange between instruments and data collection terminals. Considering the image characteristics of the power grid equipment detection test site, a high-magnification video compression coding technology based on content analysis is used to adapt to the differences in the imaging environment and achieve high-quality imaging. The hardware configuration and function realization of the data acquisition system are given. Finally, the feasibility of the design system is proved through the platform visualization application.
