基于7电平T型变换器的SRM改进转矩分配函数控制策略

摘要:
为解决传统不对称半桥变换器对开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor, SRM)驱动能力以及转矩脉动抑制上的不足,提出了一种基于7电平T型变换器的电平矢量矩阵位移改进转矩分配函数(torque sharing function, TSF)控制策略。首先,构造出新型7电平T型变换器,其串并联结构和T型结构能够产生额外4种工作电平。然后,改进了电平矢量矩阵位移TSF的转矩滞环比较过程并提出了电平矢量矩阵位移策略,通过转矩闭环实现电平矢量矩阵位移以抑制换相区的转矩脉动。最后,仿真和实验验证了所提变换器以及控制策略不仅提高了电机的转矩输出能力,而且抑制了转矩脉动。

Abstract:
To overcome the limitations of conventional asymmetric half-bridge converters in terms of driving capability and torque ripple suppression for switched reluctance motors (SRM), an improved torque sharing function (TSF) control strategy with voltage-level vector shift is proposed based on a 7-level T-type converter. First, a novel 7-level T-type converter is constructed with a series-parallel switching function and a T-type structure that generate four additional voltage levels. Subsequently, the TSF’s torque hysteresis comparison process is improved, and a voltage-level vector shift strategy is proposed. Torque ripple in the phase change region is suppressed by implementing the voltage-level vector shift through the closed-loop torque control. Finally, simulations and experiments verify that the proposed converter and control strategy not only improve the torque output capability of the motor but also significantly reduce torque ripple.
