| 针对T型三电平逆变器传统空间矢量脉冲宽度调制方法存在的中点电流不可观测区域问题,提出了T型三电平逆变器混合脉冲宽度调制相电流重构策略。首先,该策略分析了中点电流的采样机制以及不可观测区域的形成机理,并依据最小采样时间对不可观测区域进行分类。其次,基于伏秒平衡和合成零矢量原理,通过在不可观测区域插入不同的补偿电压矢量,从而对可观测电压矢量的可观测时长进行补偿。同时,该策略调整了原有的开关序列,以抵消补偿电压矢量的作用效果,进而确保目标电压矢量的大小和方向维持不变。最终,该策略消除了中点电流的不可观测区域,实现了中点电流的稳定、准确检测。实验结果表明,所提方法能够实现三相电流的完全重构,相电流总谐波畸变率低于3.30%。 |

| Aiming at the problem of unobservable areas of neutral current in conventional space vector pulse width modulation for T-type three-level inverters, a hybrid pulse width modulation-based phase current reconstruction strategy is proposed. First, the sampling mechanism of the neutral current and the formation mechanism of unobservable areas are analyzed, and the unobservable areas are classified according to the minimum sampling time. Second, based on the principles of volt-second balancing and composite zero vector, different compensation voltage vectors are inserted into the unobservable areas to compensate for the observable duration of the observable voltage vectors. Meanwhile, the original switching sequence is adjusted to offset the effects of the compensation voltage vectors, thereby ensuring that the magnitude and angle of the reference voltage vector remain unchanged. Ultimately, the proposed strategy eliminates the unobservable areas of the neutral current, enabling stable and accurate detection of the neutral current. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves complete reconstruction of three-phase currents, with the total harmonic distortion of phase currents below 3.30%. |
