基于偏离度引导全局搜索规则的煤矿电网线路故障区段定位

摘要:
为解决矿用电缆因长度短、多级联辐射等因素带来的故障定位难题,提出了一种基于偏离度引导全局搜索规则的煤矿电网线路故障区段定位方法。首先利用电网拓扑建立开关函数和偏离度数学模型,用以描述矿用电缆区段故障状态。然后,通过引入自适应蚁群算法来获取可疑路径,降低了解空间的维度,提高了故障区段定位的效率,最终由偏离度搜索规则实现煤矿电网线路故障区段定位。最后,对煤矿典型双电源供电网络等拓扑结构进行仿真算例测试。仿真实验表明,单电源或者双电源辐射网络在发生单点或多点故障时,均可实现煤矿电网线路故障区段准确定位。进一步将所提区段定位方法与粒子群算法、遗传算法、传统的蚁群算法、改进的蚁群算法和免疫二进制粒子群算法在准确性方面进行了比较,相比于其他 5 种算法,所提方法正确率最高,具有最高的稳定性。

Abstract:
To address the challenges of fault location in mining cables caused by short lengths and multi-level radial structure, a fault section location method for coal mine power grid lines based on deviation-guided global search rules is proposed. First, a mathematical model incorporating switch functions and deviation is established based on the grid topology to describe the fault status of mining cable sections. Subsequently, an adaptive ant colony optimization algorithm is introduced to identify suspicious paths, reducing the search space dimension and enhancing fault section location efficiency. Thus, the deviation-based search rules are applied to achieve accurate fault section identification in coal mine power grid lines. Simulation tests are conducted on typical dual-source power supply network topologies in coal mines finally. The results demonstrate that accurate fault section location can be achieved for both single-source and dual-source radial networks under single-point and multi-point faults. Furthermore, the proposed method is compared with particle swarm optimization, genetic algorithms, conventional ant colony optimization, improved ant colony optimization, and immune binary particle swarm optimization in terms of accuracy. The results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves the highest accuracy and exhibits superior stability among all six methods.
