畸变负荷谐波电流发射限值计算不论对于供电部门还是电力用户都是十分重要的,详细介绍谐波国标GB/T 14549-1993和IEC技术文件61000-3-6中相关的用户谐波限值确定方法,讨论了二者的主要不同之处。建议谐波国标在用户谐波电流限值算法中应用负荷同时系数,重点介绍高压畸变负荷同时系数FHV的确定方法,特别是同时系数最小值的计算方法。通过理论分析和结合我国电气化铁路谐波测量统计数据,说明了引入同时系数FHV的必要性和其取值方法的合理性。 |

Abstract: |
The harmonic current emission limits index distribution for distorting loads is very important for both power supply department and consumer. In this paper, the consumer’s harmonic limit determination methods proposed by GB/T 14549-1993 and IEC 61000-3-6 are introduced, and their major differences are detailed as well. The paper suggests the national harmonics standard to apply coincidence factor in consumer’s harmonic limit calculation and mainly describes a method of determining the coincidence factor, particularly for the minimal coincidence factor of high-voltage distorting loads. With the results of theoretical analysis and statistic based on harmonic measurement data of electric railway, the necessity and reasonableness of this method is further confirmed. |
