以开发输电线路故障快速抢修指挥系统为契机,实现故障的实时监控、故障点的快速定位、及时通知相关责任人与相关技术人员、导航被抢修线路的最优道路、指定到达故障点的最佳停车点和智能显示最优步行路线,最终以最短的时间及时抢修故障线路;缩短排查故障点的时间,节约寻找到达故障点道路的时间,实现快速抢修。系统对故障位置确定、最佳抢修路径算法、相关GIS数据库建设进行了研究,并创新地提出最佳停车点的设计,系统具有较高的智能性和实用性。 |

This paper develops fast-repairment command system to realize fault real-time monitoring and fault point fast localization,prompt notice correlation owner and related technical personnel,navigate and the most superior path,assign to arrive the fault point the best parking and the intelligent demonstration most superior walk route and finally promptly repairs in a rush the faulty line by the shortest time. It reduces the fault point location time,seeks frugal arrives the fault point path the time,realizes the fast emergency repair. The system researches fault location, the best repairment path, and relevant GIS data.It also designs the best stopping location,which has higher telligence and practiveness. |
