介绍了新一代适用于铁路配电所自闭(贯通)线的保护测控装置的硬件组成、保护配置原理及判据。本装置的外部开入量采用220V/110V强电开入,抗干扰能力强;嵌入具有USB接口的FT245AM通信芯片,人机接口具有高通信速率;通过Lonwork现场总线技术与微机监控通信,通信介质选用光纤,具有很高的抗干扰能力。装置的保护功能配置完善,配置了当地手合检同期功能;装置可以根据运行方式自动判断投入重合闸或备投。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces the hardware component, principle and foundation of protective configuration of new-generation protection and control device that is applied to automatic block (power continuous) line of railway distribution substation. The electrical charge entered from the outside of the device adopts 220V/110V strong electrical charge, which has strong anti-interference ability. The device is inserted FT245AM communication chip with USB interface and the man-machine interface can realize high communication speed. The device can communicate with microcomputer monitoring by lonwork field bus technology, and choose the optic fiber as communication medium which has strong anti-interference ability. The protection function of the device is perfect, and it configures the function of local manual close and inspection in the same term. The device can judge automatically to put into reclose or automatic backup power switch-on according to the operation way. |
