在变频机组运行过程中,定子突然出现故障是变频机常见故障之一,严重时会造成重大的经济损失和恶劣的社会影响。定子突然出现故障时,无论是外部故障还是内部匝间短路故障,它们的共同特征就是定子电流会产生突变信号。小波变换模的极值点常对应于信号突变点。利用Matlab/Simulink模块建立了变频机组定子的外部故障和内部故障模型。利用小波变换模极大值方法对两种故障模型进行了诊断,不但能够检测出故障,而且还能对故障发生的时刻进行准确的定位,实现了变频机组的实时诊断。 |

Abstract: |
Abrupt stator fault when the frequency converter sets under steady running state is one of ordinary faults of frequency converter sets which will bring big economic loss and bad society effort. Usually, wavelet transform module maximum accords with saltation points. Distortion in stator current will be caused by abrupt stator fault when the frequency converter sets under steady running state. Usually, wavelet transform module maximum accord with saltation points. Inner fault and external fault module of frequency converter sets stator are established by Matlab/Simulink.The two modules are detected by Wavelet transform module maximum method , which not only can detect stator fault but also can time it, which realize the diagnosis of frequency converter sets. |
