介绍了在电网运行中发生的一起非常特殊的110 kV线路跳闸的真实事件。该线路保护中零序电流保护(方向元件投入)在反方向故障时出口跳闸,且该线路保护动作行为非误动和二次回路接错等一般原因所致,而是保护装置在特殊故障情况下的正确动作行为。从跳闸事件的一般现象出发,以故障录波图、保护装置说明书为依据,以电网故障电流仿真系统为工具,层层递进地剖析跳闸的原因,不仅为今后分析处理类似故障提供了真实的参考依据,也为提高电网可靠性提供了符合生产实际的改进措施。 |

Abstract: |
An extremely special 110 kV line opposite direction trip is introduced. The cause for the special trip of zero-sequence current (having direction) is not common protection maloperation and connection error, but a right behavior under the special fault. Moreover, starting from the general phenomenon, this paper gives a thorough analysis of the trip cause by using fault current simulation system according to graph of fault recorder and specification, which not only provides realistic reference for dealing with similar failures, but also presents measures in accord with actual demands for improving the power grid reliability. |
