当输电断面支路出现重载时,应启动预防控制措施,避免线路过载;当切除过载线路可能引发输电断面连锁跳闸时,应启动过载校正措施,消除支路过负荷;必须切负荷时,应尽量减少切负荷量。采用原-对偶内点法求解非线性规划模型,获得消除支路过负荷的控制方案。为了将有功校正算法应用于机组调整能力有限的地区电网,将有功校正的主要调整对象扩展到负荷节点。依据负荷节点对降低越限支路和重载支路潮流的综合作用提出综合灵敏度概念,并根据该概念确定加减负荷节点。利用反向配对技术,模拟负荷在送电端或受电端内的相邻节点间转移,达到消除支路过负荷的目的。针对某地区电网进行仿真计算,表明所提出控制算法的有效性。 |

Abstract: |
In case of heavy load in transmission section, preventive controls should be taken to avoid transmission line overload. In case that the removal of overload lines can cause cascading trip, power correction should be executed. Load shedding should be minimized if needed. The paper applies prime-dual interior point method to solve nonlinear programming model and achieve adjustment scheme. In order to apply active power correction algorithm to the regional network where generators adjustment is limited, the major adjustment objects extend to PQ bus. According to the combined influence on the overload lines and close-to-limit line, an integrative sensitivity index is presented to ascertain whether a bus load should be increased or decreased. The equal and opposite adjustment in pairs is introduced to simulate that loads migrate in limited area, on this account transmission line overload is eliminated. The simulation results of a local grid show that the proposed algorithm is feasible. |
