以南方某城市中压配电网运行风险评估的工程实例为背景,以提高城市电网的供电可靠性为目的,提出了在线路或变压器检修时能否对城市中压配电网进行合环操作的决策方案。给出了合环操作示意图,并据此对城市中压配电网的合环操作问题进行了分析。阐明了合环操作的最终目的是为了转带负荷后再解环运行的观点,进而提出了判断是否可以执行合环操作的决策方案,解释了不能合环的原因,揭示了合环后电流过大的机理,并给出了应对措施,创造了更有利于合环的条件。实例分析验证了决策方案的可行性和有效性。 |

On the basis of an engineering project of mid-voltage distribution network operation risk assessment in a south city, for the purpose of improving the reliability of power supply for the urban network, a decision scheme of whether the loop closing operation for urban mid-voltage distribution network can be executed during overhauling the line or transformer is presented. This paper shows a schematic diagram of loop closing operation and accordingly analyzes loop closing operation in urban mid-voltage distribution network, clarifies the ultimate goal of looping closing is for the point that with a load transfer after loop opening system and then puts forward a decision scheme to judge whether can execute loop closing operation, construction reasons of can not execute loop closing operation, interprets the principle of excessive posterior loop current, and gives countermeasures to create beneficial conditions to loop closing operation. The analyses of examples show that the decision scheme is correct and effective. |
