电流差动保护对数据传输实时性提出了很高要求,过大的传输延迟有可能造成继电保护设备的拒动或误动,保护通道的组织结构和通信设备的差异导致了通道延时具有明显的不确定性。分析了保护信道延迟的影响因素,以通信设备的延迟时间概率密度分布函数为基础,研究了基于概率分布的纵联差动保护信道随机延时模型。该模型能够反映实际通道延时的不确定性。进一步给出了继电保护设备误动和拒动的概率确定方法。研究结果可以作为电力系统继电保护通道优化配置的参考。 |

Abstract: |
Current differential protection puts forward high requirements on real-time data transmission, large transmission delay is likely to cause the refusing action of relay protection equipment or misoperation. Differences in organizational structure and communication equipment lead to obvious uncertainty of channel delay. This paper analyzes the influence factors of delay protection channel. On the basis of the time delay probability density distribution function of communication equipment, a longitudinal differential protection channel random time delay model based on the probability distribution is studied. The model can reflect the channel delay uncertainty. Further the probability determination method of relay protection equipments misoperation and refusing action is given. The results can be used as a reference for electric power system relay protection channel optimization configuration. |
