摘要: |
介绍了变电站视频及环境监控系统和电力设备远程监测诊断中心系统的智能联动技术。采用基于遥视监控的统一公共信息模型,实现了两大系统的遥视信息、环境信息与生产、运行、在线监测信息的信息大融合,并通过智能联动控制机制实现设备现场视频调阅、实时监控、告警联动等功能。实践证明,该智能联动技术消除了信息孤岛问题,通过“第五遥”——遥视的扩展应用实现了电力设备的多维度智能监控与分析,取得了良好的使用效果。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces the intelligent linkage technology between substation video and environment surveillance system and power equipment monitoring & diagnosis center system. Using the unified common information model based on remote video and environment surveillance, the information fusion between the two systems i.e. video, environment information and production, running, on-line monitoring information is achieved. And through intelligent control linkage mechanism, the functions of video accessing, real-time monitoring, alarm linkage are realized. The practice proves that this intelligent linkage technology solves the problem of information silos, and achieves multi-dimensional intelligent monitoring and analysis of the power equipment through extended application of the “Fifth remote” — remote video. |
