晃电严重影响化工、冶金等工矿企业的生产安全。现有的治理晃电措施主要从用电设备着手,理想的办法是从晃电本身着手,快速切除故障或者投入备用电源,把晃电过程时间降到对用电设备影响最小。从快速切除故障方面来降低晃电的影响,分析故障前后电流采样值的大小和变化率,从而制定出以电流采样值的变化率和绝对值共同识别故障的快速保护方案。为了提高故障识别的准确性,在判断之前消除正常运行时直流分量的影响。经仿真验证,该快速保护方案能够对系统中任何类型的故障都能够快速、准确地识别出故障,在故障后5 ms使继电保护出口动作。 |

Abstract: |
Voltage sag seriously impacts the safety of industrial enterprise such as chemical industry, metallurgy, etc. Existing governance for voltage sag mainly adopts electrical equipment measures, the ideal way is to research voltage sag itself. The impact of voltage sag on electrical equipment can be decreased to minimum by rapidly removing faults or putting into standby power. Reducing the influence of voltage sag by using rapid removal of fault, this paper develops a rapid protection program for identifying the fault by jointly using change rate and absolute value of current sampling value before and after fault. In order to improve the accuracy of fault identification, the DC component of the normal operation should be eliminated before determination. Simulation shows the fast protection scheme is able to quickly and accurately determine any type of fault in power system and makes relay operate after fault occurred 5 ms. |
