西门子和ABB的直流线路行波保护方案在国内外应用最为广泛,存在过渡电阻耐受能力低,区内外故障区分度不高等问题。介绍了西门子和ABB行波保护的原理和判据。采用云广特高压直流工程参数搭建跟现场一致的西门子和ABB行波保护模型,通过仿真从过渡电阻、故障距离、区内外故障、线路耦合方面对西门子和ABB行波保护性能进行分析和对比。结果表明,ABB行波保护过渡电阻耐受能力高于西门子行波保护,西门子和ABB行波保护均可以利用变化率判据提高区内外故障的区分度,西门子行波保护可以利用变化量、ABB行波保护可以利用地模波变化率进行故障选线。针对现有行波保护方案存在的缺陷,在现有判据量的基础上提出改进方案。 |

Abstract: |
The DC transmission line traveling wave protection schemes of Siemens and ABB are the most widely used at home and abroad which have low transition resistance tolerance ability and internal and external area fault distinguish degree. The principles and criteria of traveling wave protection of Siemens and ABB are introduced. The two protection models are built using the Yun-Guang UHVDC project parameters. The performances of both protections are analyzed and compared through simulation from the transition resistance, fault distance, internal and external area fault, line coupling. The results show that, the fault resistance endurance ability of ABB protection is higher than that of Siemens. Both Siemens and ABB protections can increase the distinguish degree of internal and external area fault by using change rate criteria. Siemens protection can use the variations for fault line selection. ABB protection can use the ground wave change rate for fault line selection. Aiming at the existing defects of traveling wave protection schemes, the improved scheme is put forward based on the existing criteria. |
