摘要: |
针对智能变电站二次系统的通信结构、运行环境、信息量等的变化,提出了二次系统在线监测评估的体系架构。通过对其核心参数及运行状态的监测评估,对智能变电站安全隐患进行趋势性判断和损失性评估。围绕二次系统保护测控、智能终端、合并单元、监控系统、对时系统、交换机六大部分,从评估参量模型、评估子项模型和评估对象模型三个方面描述了完整的在线监测评估模型,最后给出了在线监测的评估流程。对智能变电站的二次系统进行在线监测与状态评估,为系统的维护检修带来很大的便利,为开展状态检修打下基础,对提高系统的安全稳定运行有重要作用。 |

Abstract: |
In view of the changes in communication structure, operating environment and quantity of information of the secondary system of smart substation, an online monitoring and assessing system structure of the secondary system is proposed. Such a system structure will make trend judgement and loss assessment of safety risks in smart substation through monitoring and evaluating its core parameters and operating conditions. Around 6 parts with protection and bay control unit, smart terminal, merging unit, HMI, time synchronization system and switch in the secondary system, the complete on-line monitoring and assessment model is described from three aspects — the evaluation parameter model, the evaluation sub-item model and the evaluation model, and finally the evaluation process of the on-line monitoring system is given. It can carry out the on-line monitoring and status assessment to the secondary system of the smart substation, bring great convenience for the maintenance and repair of the system and lay a foundation for performing the condition based maintenance and it also plays an important role in improving the safety and stable operation of the system. |
