针对站内10 kV出线开关与线路智能开关上下级保护配合失效、存在保护范围越级或灵敏度低等问题,提出一种基于系统相关参数且侧重于两相短路故障类型的保护定值整定计算方法。以江西某典型单辐射线路为例,详细分析了该方法在低负荷密度区域配电线路保护配合、各级开关保护定值整定的应用。结果表明该方法能够有效增大保护范围、优化开关布点,在保证保护装置选择性的同时大幅简化了保护定值整定计算。最后基于所述整定计算方法设计了保护定值计算软件,能够依据系统相关参数自动完成整定计算、校验保护范围。 |

Aiming at the problems of 10 kV outlet switches in substations and smart switches on distribution lines that the upper and lower protection fit always fails, the protection range extends to the next level or the protection has low sensitivity, a method based on system-related parameters which focuses on two-phase short-circuit fault type is proposed. Taking a typical single radiation line from Jiangxi Province as an example, the method of the protection fit in low load distribution lines and the setting calculation of switching at all levels is analyzed in detail. The results show that the method can effectively increase the protection range, optimize the switch fabric distribution, and ensure the protection selectivity while greatly simplifying the protection setting. Finally, the calculation software is designed based on the setting calculation method which can automatically set the calculation and verify the protection range according to the relevant parameters of the system.
