摘要: |
为了解决没有考虑重构过程诱发的电压稳定问题,针对舰船电网快速故障恢复,引入电网线路静态电压稳定指标SVSI。将故障恢复后电网所有线路SVSI指标的最大值作为目标函数,以表征此时系统静态电压稳定的整体水平,建立一种考虑静态电压稳定的舰船电网多目标故障恢复重构模型。采用基于局部搜索技术的多目标网格进化算法MGEA对该模型进行求解,算法保留了故障恢复问题的多目标本质,以网格为载体,在邻域范围内做选择、交叉和变异,减缓了基因传播速度。对一舰船电网实际算例进行故障恢复重构测试,结果表明,该决策方法在实现舰船电网故障恢复的同时,可有效提高整个系统的静态电压稳定性。 |

Abstract: |
In order to solve the problem of voltage stability induced by the reconstruction process for service restoration of shipboard power networks, the Static Voltage Stability Index (SVSI) of the power network line is introduced. The maximum value of the SVSI index of all lines after the service restoration is taken as the objective function to represent the overall level of static voltage stability at this time. A reconfiguration model considering static voltage stability is established for the multiobjective service restoration of shipboard power networks. The Multiobjective Grid Evolution Algorithm (MGEA) based on local search technology is used to solve the model. The algorithm preserves the multiobjective nature of the service restoration problem. The transmission speed of genes is slowed down by selecting, crossing and mutating in the neighborhood of the grid. The service restoration test is carried out on a practical example of the shipboard power network. The results show that the decision method can effectively improve the static voltage stability of the whole system while realizing the service restoration of the shipboard power network.
